托吡酯治疗老年癫痫发作的临床效果观察

The Clinical Observation on Senile Epilepsy by Topiramate

目的：对托吡酯治疗老年癫痫发作的临床效果进行观察研究。方法选取我院于2012年12月～2014年9月收治的48例老年癫痫发作患者随机分成对照组和治疗组，对照组患者采用卡马西平治疗，治疗组采用托吡酯治疗，对两组患者治疗后不良反应发生情况和临床症状进行分析比较。结果对照组患者的平均起效时间为（15.6±5.4）min，治疗总有效率为79.2%，不良反应发生率为29.2%；治疗组患者的平均起效时间为（7.6±3.9）min，治疗总有效率为95.8%，不良反应发生率为12.5%，两组各项数据比较差异显著，治疗有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论托吡酯治疗老年癫痫发作具有显著的临床效果，并且起效快、不良反应少，值得在临床实践中推广使用。

Objective To observe the effect on senile epilepsy by Topiramate. Methods To divide the 48 cases patients into control group and treatment group. Al the patients were chosen from December 2012 to September 2014. The patients in the control group were treated by carbamazepine treatment,the patients in the treatment group were treated with topiramate. To compare the difference between the two groups on occurrence and clinical symptoms. Results The average working time in the control group was（15.6±5.4）min,the total effective treatment rate was 79.2%,the incidence reactions rare was 29.2%;The average working time in the treatment group was（7.6±3.9）min,the total effective treatment rate was 95.8%,the incidence reactions rate was 12.5%. It was in a high treatment efficiency and obvious difference and the statistical y significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion To adopt the topiramate treatment on elder patients’epilepsy has highly significant clinical effect,and lowly adverse reaction conditions,it is widely used in clinical promotion.
