阿米替林联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良临床体会

Clinical Treatment Experience of Amitriptyline Combined with Domperidone in Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的：观察阿米替林联合多潘立酮对功能性消化不良的治疗效果。方法搜集2013年7月～2014年7月我院接收的功能性消化不良37例患者，按照就诊日期单双号进行分组。给予对照组18例多潘立酮，给予观察组19例阿米替林联合多潘立酮。观察治疗效果，并比较分析。结果观察组症状积分改善情况优于对照组，且治疗有效率较高，不良反应的发生率较低，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论阿米替林联合多潘立酮对功能性消化不良的临床疗效较好，可推广。

Objective Treatment efficacy of amitriptyline combined with domperidone in treatment of functional dyspepsia is to be observed. Methods Choose 37 functional dyspepsia patients who are treated in hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 and separate them into two groups according to patients’hospital visitation number（odd number and even number）;18 patients in control group are given domperidone treatment only,while 19 patients in study group are given amitriptyline combined with domperidone treatment;and then observe and compare treatment efficacy of these two groups. Results Compared to control group,the patients’symptom improvements in study group are much better than those in control group,and treatment efficacy in study group is much higher with less side-effect incidence;there is differential between study group and control group and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Amitriptyline combined with domperidone is of efficacy in treatment of functional dyspepsia;it is quite worthwhile to be promoted.
