Analysis on Roxithromycin Common Adverse Reactions and Its Prevention

目的探讨罗红霉素常见不良反应及预防分析。方法选取2013年10月到2014年11月我院服用罗红霉素出现不良反应39例患者,作为研究对象,进行回顾性分析,观察并记录患者的不良反应情况。结果实验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者在护理缺陷的发生率、护理投诉率明显低于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实际的生活中,罗红霉素的应用范围非常广泛,医院要加大罗红霉素的管理力度,加强医务人员对罗红霉素的掌握,降低不良反应的发生率。

Objective Roxithromycin common adverse reactions and its prevention are to be investigated. Methods Review and analyze data selected from 39 patients suffering from roxithromycin adverse reactions that are treated in hospital from October 2013 to November 2014 and then observe and record their adverse reaction conditions. Results Patients’satisfaction rate in study group is quite higher than that in control group;there is a differential between two groups and such a result has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Besides,patients’treatment inefficiency incidence and complaint rate in study group are rather lower than counterparts in control group; there is a differential between two groups and such a result has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Roxithromycin application is so common and prevalent in daily life; therefore,it is required to enforce roxithromycin administration and promote nursing staff’s mastery of roxithromycin medication application in order to reduce adverse reaction incidence.
