摘要
大型阵面天线具有面积大、精度要求高的特点,传统的非接触测量系统对人员及环境的要求高,测量的空间范围有局限性,无法满足需求。且阵面厚度较薄,自重较大,型面精度会随天线俯仰角度的变化而变化。数字摄影测量系统受外界环境影响小,可以量出天线阵面在不同的工作角度下阵面平面精度,根据测量数据进行精度及重力预变形调整,计算天线阵面重力变形数值,以满足最终电性能指标要求。
In terms of large-area antenna of radar, the thinness of surface array and the heaviness of its dead weight will cause the profile accuracy change with antenna's pitch angle, Digital photogrammetry technology can be used to measure the array surface accuracy with various working angles. To calculate the gravity deformation data of antenna arracy and pre-deformation adjustment based on measurement data is needed to meet the final electrical performance index requirement.
