摘要 雌激素受体α(estrogen receptorα,ERα)与乳腺癌细胞的增殖、浸润及对内分泌治疗敏感性密切相关。微小RNA(mi RNA)具基因表达调控作用。某些mi RNA可以ERαm RNA为靶点,直接调控ERα的表达。深入研究这些调控ERα表达的mi RNA在乳腺癌发生、发展中的作用及机制,有助于为乳腺癌的治疗特别是靶向治疗提供新的策略。本文对乳腺癌中mi RNA直接靶向调控ERα表达的相关研究进行综述。 Estrogen receptor α (ERα) is closely related to the breast cancer cell proliferation, invasion and sensitivity to endocrine therapy. MicroRNA (miRNA) exerts an important function in regulating of the gene expression. Some miRNAs can be used as the target points of ERα mRNA and directly regulate the expression of ERu. Deep study of the function and mechanism of miRNA which regulated ERα expression in the occurrence and development of the breast cancer will be helpful for finding the new strategies in the breast cancer treatment, especially the targeted therapy. This review summarizes the related research that the miRNA directly targeted and regulated the expression of ERα in the breast cancer.
