摘要 继电器触点开闭时由于负载类型不同会产生瞬态过压或过流,从而使继电器触点发生瞬态电弧烧蚀受损,严重影响了继电器的可靠性。以某型号含永磁电磁继电器为研究对象,根据寿命试验要求,设计了电涌电流时间可调的负载电路与试验方案。分析了2 A阻性负载、5 A阻性负载、电涌负载下触点分断燃弧与闭合弹跳。研究了在寿命试验下随试验次数增加,电涌负载电路对继电器电寿命的影响。试验结果为产品设计与优化提供方向。 Due to the transient overvoltage or overcurrent when relay's contacts open and close on different load,the relay 's contacts were damaged by transient arc erosion of electrical over-stress,which influences the reliability of relay seriously.This article took the electromagnetic relay with permanent magnets as study object.The load circuit and the testing program were designed based on life test requirements where the surge current time is adjustable.Then the opening arc and closing bounce of 2 A resistive load,5 A resistive load and surge load were analyzed.Finally,the influence of surge load on relay's electrical life was studied with increasing the test number,which provides the direction of product design and optimization.
