摘要
使用有限元软件对低压空气开关灭弧室的电弧磁场进行分析,对灭弧室系统在触头打开状态下进行仿真建模,围绕电弧与栅片的相对位置,即电弧偏离栅片和偏向栅片的情况,对比分析了在电流密度分布相同,电弧形状不同的情况下灭弧室周围的磁场分布、电弧中心的磁感应强度以及电弧所受磁吹力的大小。获得了电弧磁场与电弧形态相互作用的规律,为研究低压开关电器灭弧室的设计提供了参考。
This paper established a simulation model of low voltage air switch arc chamber on the contacts opened state to analyze the magnetic field with finite element software.According to the relative position of the arc and the splitters,two different arc models are included,namely arc off the splitter and arc near the splitter.With equivalent current density and diverse arc shapes,the magnetic field distribution was analyzed around the chamber.Especially,the magnetic flux density of the arc center and the magnetic blow force acting on the arc were compared.Researching on the relative effect of the arc and the splitters,this paper provides reference for the design of low voltage air switch chamber.
