有色天竹纤维的基本性能分析

摘要 通过对白色、黄色和红色三种天竹纤维常规性能的测试,对比分析了有色天竹纤维与白色天竹纤维的断裂强力、回潮率、摩擦性能、导电性能、卷曲度和耐热性能。结果表明有色天竹纤维的拉伸强力和耐磨性好于白色天竹纤维,但其质量比电阻大于白色天竹纤维,在纺纱过程中易产生静电现象。 The conventional performances of three kinds of white, yellow and red bamboo fiber were tested. The breaking strength, moisture regain, friction properties, electrical conductivity, curl and heat resistant properties of colored and white bamboo fiber were comparative analyzed. The results showed that the tensile strength and wear resistance of colored bamboo fiber were better than white bamboo fiber, but the mass specific resistance was greater than the white bamboo fiber. In the spinning process, the col- ored bamboo fiber was easy to produce electrostatic phenomenon.
