基于个人—环境契合视角的离职倾向研究述评 被引量:4

摘要 国内外关于离职倾向的研究成果很多,个人-环境契合理论因其综合考虑了人与组织环境的交互作用,是离职倾向研究的新视角。在梳理现有文献的基础上,回顾了离职倾向与个人-环境契合理论的相关概念及研究进展,重点从个人-组织契合、个人-工作契合、个人-上级契合与个人-团队契合四个方面介绍了国内外关于离职倾向的研究现状,分析了现有研究中存在的局限,并展望了这一课题未来的研究方向。
