规范化达标管理对2型糖尿病病人血糖达标率的影响

Influence of standardized compliance management on blood glucose compliance rate of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

[目的]探讨规范化达标管理对2型糖尿病病人血糖达标率的影响。[方法]整群抽取204例2型糖尿病病人,建立糖尿病达标管理数据库,进行为期1年的规范化达标管理,比较随访≥10次、<10次的病人糖化血红蛋白达标率、自我管理能力及影响因素。[结果]随访1年后,随访≥10次、随访<10次两组病人糖化血红蛋白达标率分别为34.21%、21.09%,高于基线达标率7.84%(P<0.05);2型糖尿病病人自我管理能力不理想,影响因素包括年龄、性别、文化程度、工作状态。[结论]规范化达标管理通过对病人采取个性化治疗、糖尿病强化教育、血糖监测随访等措施,提高了病人的血糖达标率。

Objective：To probe into the influence of standardized compliance management on blood glucose com- pliance rate of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods： A total of 204 patients with type 2 diabetes melli- tus were selected by cluster sample,to establish the diabetic compliance management database and carry out the standardized compliance management for a period of 1 year, compare the compliance rate of glycated hemoglo- bin,self management ability and influencing factors between patients receiving more than 10 times of follow- up and less than 10 times. Results： After a year of follow- up, the compliance rate of glycated hemoglobin of pa- tients in both groups was respectively 34.210% and 21.09% ,they was higher than the baseline standard rate （7.84%, P〈0.05） ;the self management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was not ideal, and its influencing factors included the age, sex, culture level and working condition. Conclusion：The standardized compliance man- agement has improved the patients＇ blood glucose compliance rate through taking the individualized treatment, diabetes intensive education and blood glucose monitoring follow - up measures.
