摘要
脑型疟(cerebral malaria,CM)是引起疟疾患者死亡的主要原因,对其发生分子机制的研究是制定防治策略的前提。早期对脑型疟的研究衍生出两种理论:机械阻塞理论和免疫病理理论,两者一直存在广泛争议。本文就脑型疟机制研究的发展及最新进展作简要的综述。
Cerebral malaria is a leading cause of death in patients with malaria.Study of the molecular mechanism of this disease is a prerequisite for formulating a control strategy.Early studies of cerebral malaria developed two theories,mechanical obstruction and immunopathology.The former posits that parasitized red blood cells block microvessels in the brain,contributing to the development of cerebral malaria.The latter posits that cerebral malaria develops from an excessive host immune response after infection with Plasmodium.Both theories are widely disputed.This paper briefly summarizes developments in the study of the mechanism of cerebral malaria and the latest advances in the study of cerebral malaria.
