摘要
混凝土中裂缝的出现会降低承载力、影响设计效果、削弱安全性和耐久性.大体积混凝土裂缝控制的一个重要方面是温度控制,针对冷却水管降温下大体积混凝土的温度场和裂缝开裂节理展开了的理论和试验研究,根据等效负热源法,解得冷却水管降温作用下大体积混凝土的温度场方程;通过有限分析法元并结合实际工程监测,验证了数值模拟的准确性,并得出了大体积混凝土温度场的分布规律,对实际工程的施工有一定的预见性.
Cracks will reduce the bearing capacity,safety and durability of concrete structures. Controlling thetemperature is the most important measures to prevent the cracks in concrete mass. In this study,we theoreticallyand experimentally investigated the mechanism of crack development with cold pipe cooling system. According tothe equivalent negative heat method,the temperature filed equations in the concrete masses with cold pipe coolingsystem were solved by using Finite Element Method analysis. In addition,we verified the numerical model bycomparing the results with the monitoring data from real projects,and obtained the temperature field distributions ofthe concrete mass. It will help to guide the concrete constructional processes in practical projects.
