摘要
介绍了纯氧燃烧技术在玻纤池窑上的探索及应用,通过理论分析研究来阐述该技术的先进性,通过实际应用案例来验证该技术良好的经济性和社会效益。指出纯氧燃烧技术是先进的玻璃熔化技术,能够广泛应用于熔制各种成分玻璃配合料,使玻纤生产能够实现高质量、低排放、降能耗的目标。
The research and application of oxy-fuel firing technology in fiberglass furnaces are reported. The ad- vanced nature of this technology is elaborated by theoretic analysis, and its good economical efficiency and social benefits are verified by actual cases. It is concluded that oxy-fuel combustion is an advanced glass-melting technolo- gy, and can be widely used for melting glass batch of various compositions, enabling glass fibers to be produced with high quality, low emission and less energy.
