摘要
通过收集大量生产数据,建立无捻粗纱布卷装数学模型,推导玻璃纤维无捻粗纱布卷长与卷径关系式,可快速推算出无捻粗纱布卷长或卷径,避免了依靠经验判断或采用近似品种推算造成的误差,较好地解决了实际生产中的包装预算问题。
Through the collection of a great number of production data, a mathematical model on fiberglass roving cloth packaging was established to derive the relation between cloth roll length and roll diameter,which could quick- ly calculate the roll length or roll diameter, thus avoiding errors caused by empirical judgement or estimate from sim- ilar product varieties, and obtaining a better budget for product packaging in actual production.
