摘要
介绍了由大同电力机车有限责任公司自主研制的HXD2F型30t轴重电力机车转向架的总体结构和主要技术参数,总结了其轮对、轴箱、驱动装置、构架、悬挂装置、牵引装置、基础制动装置和附属装置等主要部件的设计结构和技术特点,有助于对30t轴重机车转向架系统的了解,对大轴重机车转向架系统的研制也提供了较好的借鉴作用。
This paper introduces the overall structures and main technical parameters of the 30t axle-load bogie of HXD2F Electric Loco- motive independently developed by CNR Datong electric locomotive Co. , LTD. It summarizes the design structure and technical charac- teristics of the wheelset, axle box, driving unit, frame, suspension system, traction device, braking assembly and auxiliary devices. It helps understand the bogie system of 30t axle-load electric locomotive and has the use for reference as designing the heave load locomo- tive bogie system.
