转向架用轴箱拉杆橡胶关节在机车车辆运行过程中长期处于动态工作的一种橡胶部件,对它的疲劳试验是必须进行的。而疲劳试验条件的研究是十分必要的。本文对一种转向架用轴箱拉杆橡胶关节的疲劳条件进行研究,并对其进行了简化、强化处理,有利于试验的实施。对于试验周期的减少及新产品开发周期的缩短有一定意义。

It is necessary to test the fatigue performance of the rubber bush of axle-box pull-rod used for bogie, which is a rubber part working chronically in a vibrational condition, and to study the method of fatigue test. The article studies one method of fatigue test for the rubber bush of axle-box pull-rod used for bogie, which has been simplified and enhanced. Therefore, it＇s helpful for conducting the test and reducing the test time as well as meaningful for studying and developing new product.
