摘要 一种改进型低位推挽式单牵引杆机车牵引装置,主要由构架牵引杆、车体牵引杆、端梁辅助吊挂连杆、牵引销、橡胶关节和法兰组件组成。端梁辅助吊挂连杆由井字形连杆体和4个弹性拉杆组成,下端两个连接牵引销,上端两个分别安装带有轴承和轮缘的滚轮,安装在箱式滚道内,构成活动式吊挂结构,消除了原设计吊挂连杆对机车转向架转弯的影响,明显改善转向架的转动性能,大大减少车轮轮缘和踏面的非正常磨耗。该牵引装置还将三轴C0式转向架构架牵引杆加长,转向架构架牵引点设在2、3和4、5轴之间,由牵引力或制动力产生的横向分力比原设计减小近1/3,可减少车轮轮缘和踏面磨耗。 The modified low-order push-pull single traction rod device of locomotives is mainly consisted of frame drawbar, vehicle drawbar, end beam auxiliary hanging rod, traction pin, rubber joints and flange components. The end beam auxiliary hanging rod is made up with a glyph of "井" conjoined rod and four elastic rods that the bottom two of them connect the traction pin and the top two of them which has rollers and rims has been established in the box type raceway. The device construct a active type hanging structure which eliminates the influence on the locomo- tive bogie from the original design of hanging rod. Because of the new rebuilt device, the rotation of the locomotive bogie has been improved ob- viously and the abnormal wear of the wheel rims and pedals reduces greatly. The traction device can also make the three axis Co type bogie frame drawbar longer than before. The bogie frame towing point will be set between shaft 2, 3 and shaft 4, 5. The lateral component force produced by traction force or breaking force will be one third weaker than the original design. That is the reason why the abnormal wear of the wheel rims and pedals can be reduced.
