摘要
随着中国机车车辆工业水平的不断发展,内燃机车越来越多地出口到国外,一些国外标准也被引入到新产品的开发中来。为了满足国外一些标准对车架性能提出的要求,在空间和总重受限的情况下,如何确保强度和刚度两个重要指标达标成为一个课题。尝试性地提出了一种新型的箱形鱼腹梁与热轧H型钢组合的车架主梁结构,与承载式油箱结合,将油箱焊接在两个主梁中间。并利用有限元分析手段,验证该车架结构的抗弯性能和疲劳强度,对今后内燃机车车架的优化与创新起到了积极的作用。
More and more locomotives were exported to foreign countries, with the development of locomotive industry. Some foreign standards were also introduced into the design of new products. In order to satisfy the requirement of under-frame performance pro- posed by foreign standards, how to guarantee the strength and rigidity became a problem. Meanwhile, the space and weight were limit- ed. In this paper, a new under-frame was presented, which concludes fish-bellied box beam and hot rolling H-shape steel. And it com- bines with the bearing type oil tank, which welded between the two beams. The bending resistance performance and fatigue strength of the under-frame was verified with FEA(Finite Element Analysis). It has positive effects on the locomotive optimization and innovation in future.
