摘要
介绍了利用Hypermesh和ANSYS进行构架有限元仿真的方法。利用Hypermesh建立了某机车转向架构架的有限元模型,参照TB/T 2368-2005《动力转向架构架强度试验方法》,对该构架进行了工况定义和载荷计算,主要包括超常载荷工况和主要运营载荷工况。利用ANSYS进行有限元计算和结果后处理,绘制了构架疲劳强度的Goodman图,完成了对该构架静强度和疲劳强度的评估。结果表明,该构架的静强度和疲劳强度均满足要求。该方法表明,利用Hypermesh与ANSYS进行结构强度仿真分析,简单、高效,适合广泛采用。
This paper described the FEA method by using Hypermesh and ANSYS. The finite element model of locomotive bogie frame was established by Hypermesh software. The definition and calculation of load cases were put forward according to TB/T 2368-2005: the motive power units-Bogies and running gear-Bogie structure strength tests, which mainly included the exceptional load cases and main in-service load cases. Using ANSYS to finish the FEA calculation and post-processing, this paper drew the Goodman curve about the fatigue strength experiment of the bogie frame and their static strength and fatigue strength were evaluated. According to the re- sults, the static strength and the fatigue strength of the bogie frame were complied with the requirements. It indicated that this method is simple, efficient and fit for widely used by using Hypermesh and ANSYS to analyse the structural strength.
