This paper mainly introduces the related theory of structure sensitivity analysis and the effect of thickness to the sensitivily. The floor material, for example, the sensitivity analysis is introduced into the optimization of train structure and then vihration response and structure sensitivity can be analysed by finite element method（FEM）, which will provide references for the structure optimization.
