摘要
以C70E型敞车为例,论述了采用Virtual Lab Motion进行多体动力学建模,并利用Motion TWR与Virtual Lab Motion在软件环境下根据车体上的响应数据迭代出虚拟路谱的过程,并对该过程所得到的数据进行了虚拟验证。该方法可以在今后的分析中把虚拟路谱加载在概念车体模型上,得到关心部件的动载荷,为以后新设计车型在设计阶段进行抗疲劳分析提供了一条新的途径,也使虚拟线路试验成为可能。
This article bases on C70E wagon, it describes the multibody dynamic modeling of C70E by using Virtual Lab Motion, and the process of virtual road spectrum is iterated by according to the response data on wagon body which under software condition by using Motion TWR and Virtual Lab Motion, then the virtual verification is processed on the data which obtained from the above process. This method may apply the virtual road spectrum onto the concept wagon body model in future analysis, and provide a new solution to the anti-fatigue analysis in the design phase of the new design wagon type with the dynamic load of the relevant parts, and the possibili-ty of virtual line test as well.
