摘要
针对CRH2系列动车组频繁发生的抱轴故障,通过制动力控制"速度―黏着模式"分析真实抱轴故障的理论成因,并收集全铁路2013年CRH2系列动车组抱轴故障,统计其造成的影响和直接故障原因,分析出速度传感器无冗余设置的设计缺陷为故障的根本原因,提出了从设计制造方面的改进建议。
Aiming at the solution of frequent malfunction of axle failure of CRH2 series,this thesis analysed the real theoretical causes of axle failure by braking force control "Speed-adhesion model", collected malfunction of CRHa axle failure in 2013, analysed its impact and its direct cause, drew the conclution that the key reasons for malfunction was non-redundant design of speed sensor set, and offered sug- gestions for improvement of the design and manufacture.
