快速客运机车碰撞保护系统设计与分析

摘要 描述了快速客运机车碰撞保护系统的组成,碰撞保护系统的设计及作用过程,对碰撞保护元件间的性能参数进行了分析,使用显式动态有限元方法对机车碰撞保护系统进行仿真和元件性能的对比分析,分析结果表明碰撞保护系统能对机车车体起到较大的保护作用,有利于列车系统及司乘人员的安全。 This paper describes components of the impact protecting system of rapid passenger transport locomotive. It also analyzes the design and action process of impact protecting system. Parameter relation of the impact energy absorbing element is researched here. Explicit dynamic Finite Element Analysis method is used to simulate and analyze the impact protecting system of rapid passenger trans- port locomotive. The impact protecting system realizes most protection to the locomotive under impacting, consequently the safety of the trains system and passenger are ensured.
