A Study on the Heritage of Safety Culture of Luoyang Flight College of CAFUC

中国民航飞行学院洛阳分院实现安全飞行50周年,创造了全球通用航空独立运行机构飞行时间最长的安全纪录。回顾历史,洛阳分院经历了三个不同时期,具有不同的安全文化特点。不同时期的安全文化经过几代洛阳分院人的传承和发扬,最终积淀成分院特有的安全文化,主要体现在安全宗旨、安全愿景、安全价值观、安全精神、安全作风等安全精神文化方面。

Luoyang Flight College of Civil Aviation Flight University of China has been safely running for 50 years. Looking back on the history of Luoyang Flight College, it experienced three different periods and each period has its own characteristics of safety culture. Safety culture in different periods is handed down and promoted from generation to generation and finally evolves into the peculiar safety culture of Luoyang Flight College. This safety culture is embodied in spiritual culture such as safety purpose, safety vision, safety values, safety spirit, and safety style of work.
