摘要
通过对3种不同种类的钻井用聚合物特性黏度的测定,计算其相对分子质量,考察钻井液体系的滤失量FLAPI和聚合物的流变性,筛选钻井液用聚合物。结果表明,不同种类的钻井液用聚合物在相同加量条件下,相对分子质量越大,黏度越高,耐温抗盐性越好;梳形聚合物HJ-1是较适合的增黏剂,具有较好的抗剪切性和抗盐性;DY-3具有很好的热稳定性和降滤失效果,是很好的钻井液流变性调节剂。
The FLAPI of drilling fluid system and the rheological property of polymer were studied by determi- ning the intrinsic viscosity of three different kinds of polymer for drilling application and calculating their relative molecular mass to choose the polymers to be used in drilling fluid. The results of study have shown that the higher the relative molecular mass or the viscosity of a polymer to be used in drilling fluid is, the the better its heat resistance and salinity resistance properties are when the addition amount of this polymer is the same. Comb Polymer HJ - 1 is a suitable viscosifier of good shearing resistance and salinity resistance properties. DY- 3 is a good regulator for adjusting the rheological property of drilling fluid, and has good thermal stability and filter loss depressing effect.
