摘要
利用反相乳液聚合方法合成了一种钻井液用阳离子乳液聚合物。该聚合物易溶于水、固含量高;作为钻井液的抗高温高盐添加剂,具有较好的增黏、提切、降失水性能;当乳液聚合物加量为0.2%-0.4%时,即可达到钻井液性能的基本要求,满足钻井工程的需要。
A cationic emulsion polymer used in drilling fluid was synthesized with inverse emulsion polymerization method. This polymer can be dissolved in water easily,and has high solid content. It has good viscosity increasing,high salinity tolerance and fluid loss control properties. The basic properties of drilling fluid can be guaranteed and the requirement of drilling engineering can be satisfied when the addition of this emulsion polymer is 0. 2% to 0. 4%.
