摘要 对福建龙岩高岭土进行了煅烧和酸处理,获得了较高的比表面积(300 m2/g以上)的高岭土试样。以处理过的高岭土ZB45-MK-600-2-H2SO4为载体,制备了高岭土基固体催化剂,将该催化剂用于苯二甲酸和正丁醇的酯化反应中,其催化效果与H2SO4相当,表现出较高的催化活性。 Kaolin samples of large specific surface area( higher than 300 m^2/ g) were obtained by calcining and acidizing the kaolin samples from Longyan,Fujian Province. A kaolin-based solid catalyst was prepared with the treated kaolin ZB45-MK-600-2-H2SO4 as the carrier,and this catalyst exhibited high catalytic activity that is equivalent to that of H2SO4 when it was used in the esterification reaction of terephthalic acid with n-butyl alcohol.
