摘要
采用碱溶酸吸法从风化煤中提取黄腐酸类物质,添加热固性酚醛树脂及不同固化剂制备黄腐酸酚醛树脂,并确定了较佳的合成条件。通过红外光谱对黄腐酸酚醛树脂进行了结构分析,利用原子吸收光谱测定了黄腐酸酚醛树脂对铁的吸附能力,并测定了黄腐酸酚醛树脂的吸水能力。结果表明黄腐酸酚醛树脂对铁有较好的吸附性,吸水能力较强。
Fulvic acid was extracted from weathered coal with alkali-solution and acid-absorption method,and fulvic acid phenolic resin was prepared by adding thermosetting phenolic resin and different curing agents to fulvic acid. Optimum synthesis conditions were identified. The structure of fulvic acid phenolic resin was analyzed with infrared spectrum technique,and its iron adsorption capacity was determined with atomic absorption spectrum technique. The water adsorption capacity of fulvic acid phenolic resin was determined as well. The results of study have shown that fulvic acid phenolic resin has high iron adsorption and water adsorption capacities.
