农民工随迁子女厌学现象的成因与对策

Causes and Countermeasures of Rural Migrant Workers' Children's School-Weary Phenomenon

随着中国城市化进程的加快,大批农村剩余劳动力向城市迁移,进城务工的农民工逐年增多,其子女进城的规模也在不断扩大,然而许多进城农民工随迁子女产生了厌学现象,影响到了他们的学业成就、生理和心理健康,甚至于导致辍学或违法乱纪问题。本文分析了农民工随迁子女厌学现象产生的成因,并提出了相应的对策。

With the acceleration of china＇ s urbanization process, a large number of surplus rural labor force transfer to cities, rural migrant workers are increasing year by year, the number of their children entering cities is expanding con- tinually, but many of them produced weariness for school, which affect their academic achievement, physical and mental health, and even lead to dropout and malfeasance problems. This paper analyzed the causes of rural migrant workers＇ children＇ s school-weary phenomenon, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
