摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者血尿酸、血脂水平变化与肾损害的关系。方法 2009年2月至2013年12月我院肾内科及内分泌科收治的单纯糖尿病患者40例作为观察组,同期选择收治的糖尿病肾病但肾功能正常患者40例作为对照组,检测所有患者血尿酸、血脂水平。结果观察组患者的血尿酸值(212.55±28.27)μmol/L明显低于对照组(352.23±34.21)μmol/L(P<0.05),且都处在非正常范围内。观察组的TG、TC和LDL-C值明显低于对照组,而HDL-C值明显高于对照组,对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者血尿酸随肾损害的加重而升高,血脂水平的异常,要积极进行监测与干预。
Objective To explore the correlations of UA and lipid levels with renal damage in diabetics. Methods From February 2009 to December 2013, 40 cases of diabetics in our hospital of renal medicine and endocrinology department were chosen as treatment group. 40 cases of DN patients with normal renal function in corresponding period were as control. The UA and lipid levels were detected. Results The UA of treatment group（212.55±28.27）μmol/L were significantly lower than control（352.23±34.21）μmol/L（P〈0.05） in abnormal range. TG, TC and LDL-C level were lower than control, yet HDL-C level were higher than control（P〈0.05）. Conclusions UA level in diabetics increases following the development of renal damage with abnormal lipid levels, need positive monitoring and intervention.
