穴位埋线治疗复发性葡萄膜炎对患者免疫功能的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect on the Immune Function of Patients with Acupoint Catgut Embedding for Treatment of Chronic Uveitis

目的分析穴位埋线治疗复发性葡萄膜炎对患者的免疫功能的影响。方法选取我院2011年3月至2013年3月收治的82例复发性葡萄膜炎患者,按照随机数字表分为观察组及对照组,各41例,均接受激素治疗,观察组在此基础上接受穴位埋线治疗,比较其临床疗效及复发情况,并检测其治疗前后免疫水平变化。结果观察组痊愈32例,显效5例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率97.6%,对照组痊愈22例,显效5例,有效8例,无效6例,总有效率85.4%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组;两组患者治疗前T淋巴细胞亚群水平无明显统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后其CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+均显著下降,CD8+显著升高(P<0.05),观察组改变程度更为明显(P<0.05);两组患者3个月内复发率无明显统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组6个月、12个月复发率分别为17.1%、26.8%,显著低于对照组的41.5%、87.8%,数据比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线治疗复发性葡萄膜炎具有良好的疗效及安全性,能够有效改善患者免疫功能紊乱状态,对减轻激素依赖作用、并发症和降低患者复发率体现出了优秀的效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective The effect of acupoint catgut embedding for treatment of chronic uveitis on immune function of patients with.Methods 82 cases of chronic uveitis patients in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each 41 cases, were given steroid therapy, the observation group based on the acceptance of acupoint catgut embedding for treatment, compared the clinical efifcacy and recurrence situations, and detect changes of immune level before and after treatment.Results 32 cases were cured, 5 cases markedly effective, 3 cases effective, 1 cases ineffective, the total efifciency of 97.6%, control group 22 cases were cured, 5 cases markedly effective, 8 cases effective, 6 cases ineffective, the total efifciency of 85.4%, total effective rate of observation group is signiifcantly higher than the control group; levels of T lymphocyte subsets there were no signiifcant differences between the two groups of patients（P〉0.05）, after the treatment of CD3^＋, CD4^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ decreased signiifcantly, CD8＋ increased signiifcantly（P〈0.05）, the observation group changed greatly（P〈0.05）; there was no signiifcant difference between two groups of patients relapse rate within 3 months（P〉0.05）, recurrence was observed in group 6 and 12 months, respectively 17.1%, 26.8%, signiifcantly lower than the control group 41.5%, 87.8%, data comparison there are statistically signiifcant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding therapy has curative effect and good safety of chronic uveitis, can improve the immune function of patients with disorder of hormone dependent effect, reduce complications, and reduce the recurrence rate showed good effect, worthy of clinical application.
