骨科无菌手术切口感染的相关因素分析与手术室护理干预

Orthopedic Aseptic Incision Infection Related Factors Analysis to the Operating Room Nursing Intervention

目的分析骨科无菌手术切口感染相关因素以及护理干预。方法选取我院收治的手术切口出现感染情况患者32例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 32例手术切口感染患者与手术地点、手术部位、手术时间以及手术类型等多种因素有直接关系。结论在骨科无菌手术中应当强化手术室护理干预,从而进一步减少、降低骨科无菌手术的感染发生率。

Objective To analyze the related factors of department of orthopedics aseptic operation incision infection and nursing intervention.Methods The operationincision selection in our hospital 32 cases of patients with infection occurred, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results 32 patients withoperation site, operation incision infection of variousoperation site, operation time and operation types and other factors have a direct relationship.Conclusion In the department of orthopedics sterile operation should strengthen the nursing intervention in the operation room, so as to further reduce, reduce the incidence of infection in department of orthopedics aseptic operation.
