乳酸左氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑注射液治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Levofloxacin Lactate Combined with Metronidazole Injection in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的通过采用甲硝唑注射液和乳酸左氧氟沙星相结合的方法对慢性盆腔炎患者进行治疗,观察其临床效果。方法将2011年6月至2013年10月在我院治疗的126例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分成两组,A(63例)组进行左氧氟沙星治疗,B组(63例)采用甲硝唑注射液和乳酸左氧氟沙星联合治疗。最后比较A、B两组的治疗效果。结果经过治疗后,A组的有效率为77.78%,B组的有效率为92.06%,B组明显优于A组,具有显著性差异(χ2=5.0203,P<0.05),且两组患者的不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论与单用左氧氟沙星治疗的效果,乳酸左氧氟沙星和甲硝唑注射液联合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效更为显著,安全性高,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of metronidazole combined with levofloxacin lactate injection in the treatment of chronic pelvic inlfammatory disease.Methods From June 2011 to October 2013 in our hospital 126 patients with chronic pelvic inlfammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups, A group（63 patients）were treated with metronidazole injection, and B group（63 patients）were metronidazole combined with levolfoxacin lactate injection. we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results After treatment, the effective rate of A group was 77.78% and B group was 92.06%. The two groups are more signiifcant than difference （χ^2=5.0203,P〈0.05）, and two groups of patients no signiifcant difference in adverse events （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Compared with the effect of levolfoxacin lactate injection in treating chronic pelvic inlfammatory disease, The efifcacy of levolfoxacin lactate combined with metronidazole injection had better efifcacy, and worthy of further promotion in clinical.
