摘要
以同济大学浙江学院为例,利用SWOT矩阵分析其内部的优势与劣势和外部面临的机会与挑战,提出有利于独立学院可持续发展的战略选择为增长型战略或以增长型为主的混合型战略,并从坚持应用型人才培养、提高教学质量以及培育学校自身特色等三方面提出战略实施途径及建议。
Exemplified by Tongji Zhejiang College, this paper used SWOT matrix to analyze its internal advantages and disadvantages, as well as its external opportunities and challenges,proposed strategies that are beneficial to the sustainable development of independent colleges, including growth strategies or mixed strategies with growth strategies as the main part, and put forward ways and suggestions to implement the strategies from applied talent cultivation, teaching quality improvement, and college characteristic cultivation.
