论大学生公益组织的发展困境及突破方式——以青岛农业大学“虹书屋”为例

Discussion on Undergraduate Commonweal Organization's Development Dilemma and Breakthrough Ways: Taking Qingdao Agricultural University's "Rainbow Book House" Organization as an Example

通过微观视角对青岛农业大学"虹书屋"组织发展困境进行剖析发现,大学生公益组织存在制度缺失、组织成员公益素养不足、资金匮乏、社会多方主体缺位等问题。对此,可以通过完善制度、加强专业培训、自我营销筹资、寻求多方扶持等方式实现突破。

This article takes Qingdao Agricultural University＇s ＂Rainbow Book House＂ as an example by a microcosmic perspective, analyzes the organization＇s development dilemma, and finds out the problems, such as lack of system, organization members＇ lack of commonweal accomplishment, lack of fund and so on. For this, undergraduate commonweal organization can accomplish the breakthrough by means of perfecting system, enhancing professional training, self-expression financing and seeking for all forces＇ support.
