In ＂Romance of the Three Kingdoms＂, Pang Tong, as an idea man enjoying equal popularity as Zhuge Liang does,however, is far less honored than Zhuge Liang. Pang Tong once took up the post of vice military adviser for Liu Bei, but due to certain reasons, his career suffered from too many mishaps.Specifically, there are three reasons： 1） inappropriate time for his coming out; 2） poor performance in his interviews; 3） jealousy is his personality. The aim of this paper is to provide a reference for today＇s secretaries.
