摘要
大学生科研实践能力很重要,如何有效培养与提高成为各个工科院校所关注的热点。本文重点分析了影响大学生科研能力的培养因素,探讨了如何创建高效的人才培养模式,采用因素比重法进行分析,并以构建创新科研实践平台为契合点,对行之有效的创新人才培养和科研能力提高模式进行了研究。通过分析与研究,对进一步探索提高大学生科研能力培养模式,提出了建设性建议。
University students' scientific research and practice ability is important, so how to effectively cultivate and improve it has become a hot topic among engineering colleges and universities. This paper focuses on the factors influencing the cultivation of university students' scientific research ability, explores the construction of an efficient talent cultivation model. It adopts factor-rating method to implement the analysis, and with the construction of innovative scientific research and practice platform as the opportunity, studies the feasible model of innovative talent cultivation and scientific research ability improvement. The analysis and research are of great benefit to further exploring the model to improve the cultivation of university students' scientific research ability.
