初探顶岗实习的学生管理

A Preliminary Exploration of Student Management in Internship

顶岗实习,不仅可以进一步促进学生学会做人、做事,而且可以更好地培养学生的独立工作能力和职业心理素质;同时,还可以进一步拓展学生专业知识,培养其职业道德和操作技能。因此,学校成立了校企合作办,依托企业,工学结合。本文从实习的组织和指导出发,总结经验,对于学生在顶岗实习中的管理及工作中现存的问题,提出相应建议。

Internship can not only promote students to learn to do things, but also better train students＇ independent working ability and professional psychological quality, and at the same time, further expand students＇ professional knowledge and train their occupational ethics and operation skills. The school should set up the school-enterprise cooperation office, so as to draw support from enterprises and work-study combination. Starting from the organization and guidance of practice, the writer sums up experience, and in view of the problems existing in the current work,puts forward corresponding suggestions for the management of students during internship.
