基于岗位能力培养的仓储与配送管理课程实训教学设计探讨

Exploration on the Practical Training Teaching Design for Warehousing and Distribution Management Course Based on the Cultivation of Occupational Ability

"仓储与配送管理实务"课程是物流管理专业的核心课程之一,具有较强的实践性、操作性。仓储与配送管理实训是"仓储与配送管理实务"理论教学和物流企业实际操作的桥梁,既能够结合理论知识,又能够贴近企业的实际工作。本文通过对我校物流管理专业毕业生的就业岗位的分析,提出了建立以岗位能力培养为目标,工作任务为导向的仓储与配送管理实训课程教学设计。

＂Warehousing and Distribution Management＂ course is one of the core courses for logistics management major, and is highly practical and operational. The practical training of warehousing and distribution management is the bridge connecting the theory teaching of ＂Warehousing and Distribution Management＂ and the practical operation of logistics enterprises, which can not only make students apply theory knowledge, but also make them learn more about the practical work of enterprises.Through analyzing the employment of graduates from logistics management major of our college, this paper puts forward the construction of a practical teaching design for warehousing and distribution management with occupational ability as the objective and working tasks as the orientation.
