高等院校资助育人工作是新形势下学生思想政治教育的有效途径,近年来以微信、微博为代表的"微时代"的到来不仅为高校资助育人工作带来了机遇,同时也带来了挑战。资助管理工作者只有认清"微时代"的特征,完善资助工作的信息化建设,才能更好地帮助家庭经济困难学生,实现大学"育人"的最终目标,为国家培育优秀的建设者与接班人。

The education in subsidization by colleges and universities is an effective way of ideological and political education for students under the new situation. Recently, the emerging ＂micro-era＂, represented by We Chat and microblog, has brought not only opportunities but also challenges to education in subsidization by colleges and universities. Only when subsidization administrators learn clearly about the features of ＂micro-era＂ and perfect the information-based construction of subsidization work,can they better help students from poverty-stricken families, realize the ultimate goal of ＂educating people＂, and cultivate excellent constructors and successors for our country.
