对当前高校学生公寓网格化建团的思考

Reflections on the Present Networked League Construction in University Students' Dormitories

共青团对大学生的有效联系和全面覆盖是共青团教育影响全体青年的必由之路,也是共青团当前面临的困难与挑战。学生公寓是学生在大学期间学习和活动的重要场所,随着时代的变迁,青年学生在公寓内团员意识淡漠、行政班级团支部在公寓的作用下降等问题普遍存在。通过对江苏部分本科院校的调研可知,公寓团组织的缺失或组织不力是重要原因之一。在公寓实行网格化的建团模式具有重要的时代意义,能有针对性地解决公寓团建的突出问题,实现共青团对团员青年的有效联系和全面覆盖,实现共青团建团方式由单一型向多样化设置的科学转变,实现共青团工作与学校中心工作的有机结合。

It is the only way to educate and influence the entire youth that the Youth League communicates with them effectively and cares about them generally, nevertheless, it is difficult. Dormitories are the most important places for study and life of university students. With times passes, it is more and more common to see that young students＇ consciousness of League member and impact from classes are getting weaker and weaker in dormitories.By means of the research on parts of undergraduate colleges in Jiangsu Province, one of the key causes is the lack of League organizing or organizational capabilities. Therefore, the implementation of networked League construction in dormitories is of vital significance of the times, and by this way, distinctive problems of dormitory League construction are solved to the point, effective communication and overall management are achieved, the mode of League construction is transformed from homogeneous into heterogeneous way, and eventually, the work of the Youth League and the central schooling is combined scientifically.
