摘要
开设中小学心理健康课是面对全体中小学生进行心理健康教育的一项重要措施。我国目前的中小学心理健康课存在学科化、形式化、德育化、游戏化等问题。心理健康课应具有目的性、主体性、多样性、针对性、实践性等特点。为发挥心理健康课实效,应从教学内容和教学方法两方面加以改进。
Setting the psychological health class in primary and middle schools has been an important measure to students' psychological health education. Currently, there are several problems, such as disciplinization, formalization, tending to be like moral education and gamification, in the psychological health class of our country. Psychological health class must be characterized by purposiveness, subjectivity, diversity, pertinence,practicalness and so on. In order to make the psychological health class effective in reality, we must improve both our contents of courses and teaching methods.
