Outcome-based education（OBE） focuses on learning outcomes which are regarded as the core of teaching activities.Hereby on the basis of OBE, the essay attempts to provide some pedagogical suggestions to business English teaching evaluation on aspects of pre-making learning outcomes, making detailed evaluation criterion, performing and so on.
