Analyses on the Legal Protection of Personal Network Information

网络个人信息被滥用是当前普遍存在的问题。本文从网络个人信息的界定出发,分析了我国网络个人信息的侵权与立法状况,并结合国外经验和我国实际情况,提出了网络个人信息的法律保护对策。

Abuse of personal network information is a problem which exists extensively nowadays. Starting from demarcation of personal network information, this paper analyzes torts and legislative situations of personal network information in China. According to foreign experiences and practical circumstances in China, legal protection strategies for personal network information are proposed in this paper.
