耐温抗盐双水相乳液聚合物合成研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着各油田进入注水开发的中后期,对调堵剂出现了高强度封堵和具有一定抗高温耐盐的要求,目前常规解堵剂不能满足这些要求。针对存在的问题,实验合成了耐温抗盐水包水乳液聚合物。通过改变实验组分,包括分散稳定剂浓度、无机盐加量、反应温度、单体加量、引发剂浓度,探讨了合成耐温抗盐水包水乳液聚合物最佳组成配比,实验结果显示水包水乳液聚合物组成组分可调节窗口很小,需要精确控制各组分,否则得不到预期的产物。耐温抗盐乳液聚合合成影响因素分析和性能评价结果显示:耐温抗盐乳液聚合物较常规聚合物具有更大的适用范围和更好的耐温性,其在110℃下的稳定性明显好于常规聚丙烯酰胺,可用于低渗透地层、海上油田及套损井调剖堵水。 As all oilfields step into the mid-late development stage, the plugging agent is required to be of high intensity and certain heat-resisting and salt-resisting capacity. But the currently used conventional plugging agents cannot meet the requirement. For the existing problems, a kind of heat-resisting and salt-resisting water-in-water emulsion polymer was synthesized. Through changing the experimental components including the dispersion stabilizer concentration, the amount increase of inorganic salts, the reaction temperature, the amount increase of monomer, and the initiator concentration, the best composition ratio to composite the heat-resisting and salt-resisting water-in-water emulsion polymer was discussed. Experiment results showed that the adjustable space of water-in-water emulsion polymer composition was little, and the expected product could not be acquired unless all composition was precisely controlled. Factor analysis of heat-resisting and salt-resisting emulsion synthesis and performance evaluation showed that the heat-resisting and salt-resisting emulsion polymer had greater scope and better temperature resistance as compared to conventional one, whose stability under 1 10℃ was better than conventional polyacrylamide. It could be used for profile shutoff in low-permeability formations, offshore oilfields, and casing damaging wells.
