近些年来,我国石油行业反垄断呼声高涨并倍受社会关注。我国石油行业兼具自然性垄断和政策性垄断的特征,其涉嫌的多种限制竞争行为危害了石油业的健康发展。对其限制竞争行为进行法律规制尤为必要,应明确其反垄断法规制的基本原则和具体内容。

In recent years, antitrust in China＇s petroleum industry grows louder and causes much concern of the public. The oil industry of our country has the characteristics of both natural monopoly and policy monopoly, and the alleged restriction of competition has hindered the healthy development of the industry. Therefore, it is urgent to regulate in law the restriction of competition. And in its anti -trust regulation, the basic principles and specific content should be clarified.
