三黄汤对人A型红细胞免疫大鼠IgG抗体效价的影响

Effect of Sanhuang Decoction on IgG Antibody Titer from Immune Rats

目的考察三黄汤对ABO血型抗体效价的影响。方法采用随机分组的方法,将SD大鼠分为A组(对照组12只)、B组(A型红细胞免疫组14只)和C组(三黄汤治疗组14只)。A组灌服生理氯化钠溶液;B组腹腔注射人A型红细胞,同时灌服等量生理氯化钠溶液;C组腹腔注射人A型红细胞,同时灌服三黄汤8 g·(kg·d)-1。以人A型红细胞免疫大鼠,通过Ig G型抗-A效价的检测观察3组大鼠体内Ig G型抗-A抗体的水平变化。结果 A组12只大鼠中8只未捡测出Ig G型抗-A抗体;B组大鼠均产生Ig G型抗-A抗体;C组中有1只未检测到Ig G型抗-A抗体,13只大鼠产生了Ig G型抗-A抗体。Ig G型抗-A效价的检测结果显示,A型红细胞B组和C组Ig G型抗-A水平均高于A组(P<0.01),C组抗-A水平低于A型红细胞B组(P<0.01),C组抗-A效价与A组比较无差异。结论大鼠实验证实三黄汤可降低ABO血型抗体的效价。

Objective To investigate the effect of Sanhuang decoction on ABO blood group antibody titer.Methods Using the stochastic grouping method,SD rats were divided into control group type,A red cell immune group and Sanhuang decoction treatment group. The control group was fed with normal saline,those in the second group underwent peritoneal injection of human type A red blood cells plus normal saline while the third group underwent peritoneal injection of human type A red blood cells and was treated with this decoction. The level of Ig G anti-A of SD rats in the three groups was investigated and compared through titer detection of Ig G anti-A antibody. Results Ig G anti-A was not detected in eight of the twelve rats in control group,but was detected in each rat in immune group rats from Sanhuang decoction therapy group. The results from titer detection of Ig G anti-A antibody showed that the level of Ig G anti-A of rats in immune group and Sanhuang decoction therapy group was higher than in control group（ P〈0. 01）,while the level of Ig G anti-A in Sanhuang decoction therapy group was lower than in immune group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The titer of ABO antibody can be decreased by Sanhuang decoction therapy.
