摘要
目的建立碘化钾合剂中钾含量测定方法。方法采用银量法、四苯硼钠-季胺盐法、剩余四苯硼钠法、火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)及电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定碘化钾合剂中钾的含量,并对5种方法的精密度、线性范围及检出限、加样回收率等做了比较。结果 4种方法测定结果与法定法(银量法)结果一致,误差在允许范围内。结论 FAAS法是测定结碘化钾合剂中钾含量的较优方法。
Objective To establish a method for detecting potassium content in potassium iodide solution. Methods Potassium content in potassium iodide mixture was determined using argentometry, sodium tetraphenylbo rate gravimetric method, sodium tetraphenylborate volumetric method, flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS) and inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Precision,linear range, detection limit, and recovery of the five methods were also compared. Results The results of determination by the five methods were compatible with that by Statutory law (Argentometry Method), with errors in the allowable range. Conclusion FAAS method is a better method for determining potassium content in colon dialysis solution.
