钆喷酸葡胺对比剂在临床中的不良反应分析

Analysis of Clinical Side-effect of Gadolinium Injection Acid Meglumine Contrast Agents

目的通过对钆喷酸葡胺对比剂的不良反应进行探讨,以提高对其安全使用认识。方法对攀枝花市中心医院1880例静脉注射钆喷酸葡胺对比剂中发生不良反应的病例进行分类分析。结果钆喷酸葡胺对比剂发生不良反应15例(0.80%);其中轻度13例,重度2例。结论静脉注射钆喷酸葡胺对比剂的不良反应发生率低,但严重不良反应可危及生命,应引起临床重视。

Objective To improve the understanding of safe use of gadolinium injection acid meglumine contrast agents by analyzing its side-effect. Methods The side-effect of gadolinium injection acid meglumine contrast agents on 1880 patients between 2011 and 2014 in Panzhihua Central Hospital. Results Of these patients, 15 （0.80%） suffered from side effect, with 2 cases of severe side-effect. Conclusion The incidence of side-effect is very low after injection of intravenous gadolinium acid meglumine. Hhowever, severe side-effect could pose a risk to life, which should be a clinical concern.
