志书数据问题探讨

Discussions About Issues Concerning Local Records Data

志书中的数据是其内容的重要组成部分。目前方志界对于志书数据独特的基本特征还缺乏认识,没有形成一个系统性的概念,在运用上还缺乏一定的原则与方法,存在着无章可循、随意处理的盲目现象。造成志书在数据运用上存在着来源不明确、矛盾数据、罗列数据、无意义数据、盲目交叉重复、计量单位混乱、数据表欠科学、数据出处多无说明等问题。对此进行研究分析,进一步探讨志书数据运用的科学性问题。

Data in local records are important components of its content.Currently,the local records circle is still lack of recognition about the unique basic features of local records data,a systematic concept,and fixed principles and methods in terms of application,and phenomenon of blindness such as having no rules to follow and random processing still exist.This,in turn,leads to problems with data application in local records such as unclear source,contradictory data,rigid listing of data,meaningless data,blind overlapping and repetition,confusing measurement units,unscientific table of data,and omission of explanations of data sources.This article conducts further research and analysis of these issues,and further discusses the issue of scientificness of local records data application.
